I was introduced to Bikram Yoga in 2012 after experiencing a hip injury. As soon as I stepped on the mat for the first time it was love at first asana. The benefits of this yoga are endless. I can legitimately say that this yoga practice has changed my life physically and mentally.
In 2017 because of my love for yoga I became a 26&2 yoga teacher. For me YOGA is my life and I truly believe it is for everyone. I love being able to share my love for yoga as well as watch positive changes occur in my students. In addition to all of the health benefits from this practice, I have met so many amazing and inspiring people. We have such a wonderful and loving yoga family at Bikram Yoga Catonsville and I am extremely thankful and happy that I get to wake up every day and be a part of this community. Yoga is a process, a lifestyle, a choice of life with ups and downs, back and forward movements, a constant healing process, a self-study and no matter how long you practice one day, one year, ten years, we always need to take it step by step.
