Regardless of age, body type, and lifestyle, yoga can be a remarkable vehicle for wellness and change. Its adaptability makes it an invaluable lifelong practice. I’ve been teaching on a regular part-time basis since my Bikram Yoga certification in the Fall of 2013 and my Certified Yoga Teacher certification in the summer of 2016.
Teaching is challenging and I often need to adapt as quickly as the students I’m leading. Every class, with its unique energy, and collective attitude is never the same. My hope is to offer sharp, thoughtful cueing that safely encourages students toward achieving balance, self-awareness and clarity.
